Osadchiy Y. Foreign capitals in the Ukrainian banking system

Dissertation work is devoted the questions of including and effective functioning of foreign capital in the banking system of Ukraine. The role, stages and forms of including foreign capital is exposed to the domestic banking system from position of theory and methodology of financial science. Author of dissertation offered suggest a bank with a foreign capital as a bank in composition the proprietors of which is one or more nonresident, regardless of part of participating in the chartered capital, but not only 10 % and anymore, as it is determine in banking law and bank activity. Creat of effective mechanism of admittance branches of foreign banks into the banking system of Ukraine, with more hard criteria of evaluation reputation of foreign investors and sources of origin of capital.Author of dissertation offered to strengthen requirements to public information about the financial state of foreign banks and their proprietors, legislatively to settle liquidation of branches of foreign banks, oblige foreign banks to give privileged credits highly technological enterprises of different sectors economy.
