In the dissertation results of the researches directed on working out of theoretical bases and new technological process of manufacture iron(III) hydrooxide modified of carbamide formaldehyde polymers from etching solutions by means of a carbamide with reception of a valuable product - yellow iron oxide pigments are resulted. Iron(III) hydrooxide modified of carbamide formaldehyde polymers by kinetic and technological laws of processes of formation, crystallizations transformation, filtering, washing and drying hydrooxide. On the basis of executed theoretical and experimental researches the basic stages are proved, the technological mode and the technological scheme of manufacture iron(III) hydrooxide modified of carbamide formaldehyde polymers and reception of an accompanying target product - ammonium sulphate is developed. Quality of the received products completely meets the requirements of operating standards. The developed technological scheme of reception iron(III) hydrooxide modified of carbamide formaldehyde polymers does not require use of the equipment of the special design, all processes are carried out in serial devices. The executed material-thermal and technical and economic calculations convincingly display the low expected cost price of received iron(III) hydrooxide modified of carbamide formaldehyde polymers, profitableness and expediency of industrial realisation of the developed technological process.
