Lukyanets S. Activation of investment activity in the agricultural production

Research object: investment activity in agricultural production of Ukraine. Research purpose: scientific substantiation theoretical and methodical bases and practical suggestions in relation to activation of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of market economy and globalization calls. Methods: dialectical, complex, system approach, historic and economic, is monographic, more abstract and logical, analysis and synthesis, statistic and economic. Basic results: substantiationed ways of activation of investment activity and methodical approaches are developed to determination of prognosis volumes of investments for realization of the complex program of development of region to in 2015 taking into account the own and attracted sources of financing of investments on the example of agricultural enterprises of the Kiev region; systems approach is offered to organization of credit maintenance of home agriculture on the basis of forming of the multiple-unit credit system; approaches in relation to bringing in agriculture the auction - financial and industrial capital on the bases of partnership with the subjects of agricultural activity; methods of prevention of negative calls under action of processes of globalization of markets world; substantiation necessity of adaptation to the terms of Ukraine world experience of rise by the subjects of agricultural activity of the investment possibilities. Subsequent development was acquired: classification of level of activation of investment activity; substantiation ways of providing of competitiveness of agricultural product of Ukraine. The results of scientific research are accepted to the use: By the ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, Ministry of finance of Ukraine, Kiev regional agrarian deliberative service, by headquarters of agroindustrial development of the Kiev region. The results of dissertation research are used in the educational process of the Bilotsercivsky national agrarian university.
