Postrigan T. Social protection as a guarantee for the implementation of labor rights.

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation of social protection of citizens in connection with the performance of their job duties. Based on existing sources of theoretical approaches and concepts the author's definition of social protection of workers is shaped and he offered his own classification of social protection as a system of guarantees of labor rights. Different forms, methods of social protection of workers are investigated. Based on the conclusions, which were received as the result of research, proposals to improve legislation in the field of social protection of labor rights and interests of citizens are made.
