Siroha D. Feature of the legal adjusting of activity of the individual enterpreneur as an employer.

The dissertation is devoted to the legal regulation of labor relations, with the participation of an individual entrepreneur who is the employer. The concepts and the role of entrepreneurship in the development of a civilized market economy concepts, characteristics and components of the legal status of the individual entrepreneur as an employer are analyzed, the legal basis for its activities in the field of labor relations are characterized. The essence of the right to work of an individual entrepreneurs as self-employed person, features of modifying, and terminating of the employment relationship with the participation of individual entrepreneurs are researched. According to the research in each of the subsections are provided the concrete suggestions for improving the current legislation, that regulates relations with the participation of individual entrepreneurs as employers.
