Khilko D. Neoadjuvant endolymphatic polychemotherapy in the treatment of local-advanced breast cancer

Object of research - the locally advanced breast cancer. The purpose - improvement of the nearest and remote results of treatment locally advanced breast cancer by development and introduction of the program of complex treatment with use of neoadjuvant endolymphatic polychemotherapy, radial therapy, hormonal therapy and surgical intervention. Methods - clinical, laboratory, biochemical, ultrasonic, radiological, radio isotope, a magnitno-resonant and computer tomography, the statistical analysis. Novelty - on a clinical material is theoretically proved and proved for the first time efficiency of use endolymphatic to polychemotherapy in neoadjuvant a mode in the program of complex treatment locally advanced breast cancer; the optimum complex of parametres is developed for an objective estimation of changes of a biochemical homeostasis of a tumour and a macroorganism under influence endolymphatic polychemotherapy. Results - the developed original method of carrying out endolymphatic polychemotherapy of the locally advanced breast cancer has allowed to expand indications to performance of surgical interventions in radical volume at realisation of programs neoadjuvant treatments and to increase the period of the general cumulative survival of patients with the locally advanced breast cancer, especially in a category of patients Т4b. It is introduced in practice "the Donetsk regional antineoplastic centre", "the Gorlovsky oncological clinic", the City interdistrict oncological clinic of Mariupol, a city oncological clinic of Kramatorsk.
