Essay

To analyze the transformation processes of amplitude and phase parameters of laser radiation converted by polycrystalline networks of biological fluids proposed model of polycrystal with statistically distributed optical axes directions and birefringence. The physical mechanisms of pathological transformation of polycrystalline chains of amino acids are determined. The interrelation between the coordinate distributions of Mueller matrix elements of human blood plasma and distribution of optical axes directions and birefringence crystal size of albumin and globulin is determined.
