Buchkevych I. Synthesis and Properties of 6,7-Substituted-1,4-Naphthoquinones and Obtain of New S-,N-,О-Heterocyclic Compounds on Their Basis

It is investigated the ways of the obtain of the new 7-nitro- and 7-aminocontained derivatives of 1,4-naphthoquinone, on the basis of which it is synthesized the order of the new condensed both from the side of benzene or quinonic fragment of 1,4-naphthoquinone of 5, 6 and 7-membered modified S-,N-,O-contained heterocyclic compounds. Among synthesized 7-nitro- and 7- aminosubstituted 1,4-naphthoquinone and also their heterocyclic derivatives it is found potential fungicides, bactericides, growth regulators of plants, besides it is found out the compounds which except for high antimicrobial and fungicide activity, cause the delay of the growth and development of embryos of Misqurnus fossilis L., that is a significant reason for the subsequent researches on antitumour activity.
