Object - the process of investing into agricultural enterprises; the methods: abstract-logical, theoretic generalization, statistic economical and its peculiar ways - graphic, comparative, index, dynamics, structural etc., method of correlation regression analysis, monographic; the novelty - firstly there has been suggested the model of increase in the investment attractiveness in the region on the basis of implementing a regional agricultural investment corporation and a regional information analytical and consulting centre of AIC which would provide intensification of agricultural enterprises, including farms and private farms investment activity; there has been improved the basis of forming the reasonable agreement on agricultural yields insurance through the requirements on fulfilling the minimum set of agrotechnical steps by a producer which would allow to reduce the risks of investors and to increase an investment attractiveness of the branch; organisational economic mechanism of increase in the investment attractiveness through the state support of the investment activity, intensification of investment infrastructure subjects' activity and regulation of profit level and risks in the invested into agricultural enterprises capital aimed at increasing the investment potential and decreasing the investment risks; sector - enhancement of the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises.
