Essay

The complex philosophical and legal research of status and role differentiation in the law have been done in the thesis. The law is proved to represent the elaborate hierarchy system, the main basic constructions of which are statuses as legal roles. The close connection of socio-stratificated phenomena and such legal statuses and legal position as well as legal and juridical roles have been revealed.
