Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to experimental and theoretical study of short pile interaction with sliding soil; development and implementation of this type of landslide retaining structures to construction practices of Crimea. For the first time the distribution diagram of landslide pressure on the frontal surface of the short pile with it different lengths experimentally established. There is developed the applied calculation method for short piles on creeping and punching in landslide depth and in area of short piles installation in stable soils under action of horizontal loading. Algorithm is summarized and program for implementation of calculation method for retaining structures as short piles is elaborated. Mathematical modeling of stress-strain state for landslide slopes with using of retaining structures as short piles under action of seismic loads and other factors provoking landslide (it corresponds to regional features of complex soil conditions in Crimea) are got a further development.
