Gyrenko I. Legal Regulation of Agrarian Innovative Activity.

The thesis is a complex research of legal regulation of agrarian innovative activity in Ukraine. Theoretical legal basis of agrarian innovative activity is analyses in the thesis. Concept and meaning of innovative activity, place and sense of legal regulation of innovative activity in agrarian law of Ukraine, features and legal regulation of agrarian innovative activity in Ukraine were taken up. The author proposes to classify agrarian innovative activity according to some features. Modern condition of scientific supplying of agrarian innovative process, finance support and information provision are examined by analysis of elements regulating agrarian innovative activity. Experience of foreign countries in the agrarian innovative activity legal regulation is analysed. Concrete recommendations and suggestions concerning the improvement of respective provisions of the legislative in effect have been made.
