Essay

The object of research: process of operational control (OC) electric power objects (EPO). The purpose of research: to develop theoretical foundations, methods and means of information-intelligence systems engineering for EPOOC. Methods of research: circuit theory, mathematical and simulation modeling, graph theory, mathematical logic and productions system, automata theory, methodology of object-oriented analysis and design, technology and means to create a multilevel client-server systems, multiagent technology, OLTP and OLAP technology, SWITCH-technology. Theoretical and practical results: for the first time the problem-oriented method of structuring and aggregation of knowledge by using a compact set of basic elements of basic typical associations EPO diagrams and production systems is introduced; new method of automatic search of operating switching variants in electric circuit diagrams of topologically complex EPO with different operational constraints is developed; new syntax for formalizing OC knowledge is developed; the OC knowledge base prototype is created. Degree of introduction: obtained results of the dissertation formed the basis of information-intelligence system of shift engineer of thermal power plant electric room. This system is implemented into trial operation on Darnytska heat and power plant (Kiev). Support system in making design decisions is implemented in the "Ukrsilenerhoproekt" Institute. Sphere of use: control centers of EPO and power grids.
