Komisarenko A. Metaphysical reflection of music in the historical and philosophical discourse.

The object is phenomenon of music. The aim is to study the specific of metaphysical aspects of certain types of musical discourse, their formation and development in historical and philosophical context. The methods are historical and comparative; dialectical, hermeneutic, phenomenological and dialogical philosophical approaches. The thesis presents the historical and philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of music. The main objective of the dissertation is to study the metaphysical aspects of the phenomenon of music. Music being a specific phenomenon of culture acts as a value and history of certain discourses, namely antique, medieval, New Time, Renaissance, Enlightenment and other types of discourses related to the historical epochs. The analysis of a certain type of musical discourse together with the awareness of the value of music phenomenon showed that the content of each type has certain autonomy and specificity in relation to concrete characteristics of metaphysical components.
