The paper concerns with the research of theoretical, methodologiсal and practical basis of formation and effectiveness increase of fixed assets use at the agricultural enterprises of the region. The theoretical statements of fixed assets effect on renewal processes at agricultural units have been summarized. The effectiveness of fixed assets use in the region has been analized. The financial sources of fixed assets renewal have been determined. The conceptual approaches to the innovative-investment system of fixed assets formation for various management forms with balanced branch structure have been grounded.
