The thesis covers the investigation into the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of reproduction labour potential of agricultural enterprises. The essence of the category of agricultural enterprise labour potential is determined. The methodical approaches to assessing labour potential are investigated and the technique of evaluating labour potential of agricultural enterprises is developed. The peculiarities of reproducing labour potential of agricultural enterprises are generalized. The analysis of reproducing labour potential of Zaporizhzhya oblast agricultural enterprises is made. The suggestions and recommendations related to improving the reproduction of agricultural enterprise labour potential are substantiated. The technique of prognostication changes in the system of reproducing labour potential of agricultural enterprises is developed.
