Object of research: the process of forming and using financial resources of agriculturalenterprises. Aim of research: substantiating the scientific and theoretical principles and developing practical rekommendations related to the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of financial management of agricultural enterprises. Methods: correlative and regressive analysis, imitation simulation. Theoretical results: enriching science with theoretical and practical principles related to the essence of the enterprise financial resources and the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing these resources. Practical results: the possibility of applying the recommendations of the farms. Scientific novelty: An approach to the organizational-economic mechanism of management of financial resources. Level of introduction: theinvestigation results are used by the Head Department of the Agroindustrial Development of Zhytomyr Regional State Administration, as well as by Novoselytsya Private Agricultural Enterprise of Popilnya district and by Zhytomyr National Agroecological University in its educational process. Efficiency: the investigation results will contribute to improving financial management of agricultural enterprises. Sphere of application: head departments of economy and agroindustrial development, higher educational establishments, agricultural enterprises.
