Vovk M. Investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises.

Conceptual bases and practical recommendations for the increase of agricultural enterprises' investment attractiveness have been grounded and developed in the present dissertation thesis. Deep analysis of activity of agricultural enterprises has been conducted with the aim to assess profitability, invested funds payback periods and investment risks minimization. Stages of implementation of the investment process of agricultural enterprises in the context of their investment attractiveness, embracing aim of the stage, its description and expected results, taking into consideration the internal factors at each stage of investment have been specified. Methodical approaches to assessment of the level of investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises have been defined by way of combination of major financial indices and the level of land availability of an enterprises and total number of internal and external investment in certain agricultural enterprises of the district and estimation of these results according to points and rating scale; method of assessment of investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises, indicating dependency of financial results upon the intensity of investment flows, and effect of scope of investments in fixed capital of agricultural farm upon the indices of social efficiency have been also defined.
