The results of milkprocessing enterprise competitiveness category and essence investigation in the system of its economical statement characteristics, of branch specifics of milkprocessing enterprises competitiveness formation under conditions of Ukraine's membership in WTO are presented. The methodic of estimation of milkprocessing enterprise competitiveness level in the system of its forming factors as well as the methodic of investigation of milkprocessing enterprise competitiveness are formed. The dynamic of row materials base of milkprocessing enterprises forming is analyzed. The evaluation of milkprocessing enterprise competitiveness formation is given and its factors are find and systemized. The milkprocessing enterprises export potential formation conditions improvement possibilities are substantiated. The results of economical and mathematical modeling of enterprises competitiveness factors activity activization are given. The conditions needed for improvement of its products quality system management are substantiated.
