Radomskyy S. Improvement of agricultural lands use in agrarian sector of Transcarpathian region.

The thesis investigates theoretical and methodological fundamentals and grounds scientific, methodical and practical recommendations as to improvement of agricultural lands use at regional level. Regional peculiarities of land use in Transcarpathian region are researched; regularities of dynamic changes among land users and structural changes in agricultural farms are determined as well as peculiarities of formation of land sizes of different categories of farms and use of land resources according to zones. Directions to improve lease relations in land use, main preconditions of balanced use of agricultural lands in different natural and economic zones of the region are grounded. Methodology of land estimation for agriculture and expert estimation of land plots is proposed.
