Essay

The dissertation researches the criminal proceeding of investigator. The idea and nature of criminal proceeding of investigator are revealed in this work. In the dissertation the functions of criminal proceeding of investigator, measures of it are determined. The dissertation deals with the researching of evidentiary activity of the investigator in the part of criminal proceeding. It is proved, that the contents of evidentiary activity of the investigator in the part of criminal proceeding, consists of all procedural actions, directed on the reception of accusatory proofs.
