Kuznetsova E. Clinical, laboratory and aerobiological peculiarities of seasonal allergy in children

The thesis is dedicated to optimization of diagnostic and treatment approaches in patients with seasonal allergy depending on hypersensitivity type (pollen, pollen-fungal) on the ground of epidemiological, clinico-anamnestic, allergological, immunological, instrumental and aerobiological investigations. The aerobiological monitoring estimated an unfavorable aeroallergenic situation in Zaporizhzhya region, specific regional spectrum of pollen and fungal allergens. The fungi constitute a significant part of bioplankton. Clinical peculiarities of seasonal allergy with pollen-fungal hypersensitivity were studied. The risk factors of formation the pollen-fungal sensitivity were determined. It was defined that immunological changes are allergen specific. Diagnostic approaches in seasonal allergy were improved depending on sensitization type. The effectiveness of elimination measures was proved as a part of basic treatment with the use of aerobiological data in dynamics.
