A research object is a process of quantitative estimation of innovative potential of industrial enterprises. The article of research is an aggregate of the theoretical, methodical and practical going near the quantitative estimation of innovative potential of industrial enterprises. Сonception and methodological regulation is grounded, methodological approach to innovation potential assessment for industrial enterprises is developed on the base of actual results analysis of innovation activity using dynamic macroeconomic production functions, operation of business process modeling in time, and innovation potential assessment for enterprise like optimal task decision of optimal investment trajectory in innovation activity. Approbation of proposed methodological approach was carried out on example of economical and innovation activity of OJSC "Azovmash"; aggregated quantitative assessment of actual results of innovation activity was developed, enterprise innovation potential and dynamics trend in time.
