Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to elaborating theoretical and methodological principles of developing competitiveness of enterprises of the bread baking industry and working out practical guidelines as to their implementation under perfect market environment. Defined is content of the notion "competitiveness of enterprises of the bread baking industry", substantiated is a complex of principles, methods and factors of its development, analysed is the present-day level of development of bread baking in Ukraine as wellas at the regional level, produced are forms of its market organization. The model of achieving competitiveness optimization of companies dealing in baking bread and bakery products by various efficiency indexes based on the analysis of structural and dynamic shifts in the bread baking industry is proposed; set forth are suggestions as to improvement of the organizational and economic constituent parts of the above processes' controlling mechanism and informational and legal provisions for regeneration of the competitive bread baking industry.
