Tikhonova I. Financial instruments of business activity's increase of machine-building enterprises

Object - process of economic activity of machine-building enterprise. Purpose - development of theoretical positions and ground of methodical and practical recommendations in relation to forming of organizational-economic government business activity of machine-building enterprises bases with the use of financial instruments. Methods - historic-logical, economical and statistical analysis, analysis of the systems, expert estimations of market. Theo- retical and practical results are the elaboration of model of optimization of commodity policy in relation to creditor debt and increase of business activity of enterprise liquidation, resulted suggestion on the use of financial instruments in control system by money streams, the organizational-economic mecha- nism of management the money streams of enterprise is developed, methodical approach is offered on a ground and choice of scenarios of marketings strategies by introduction of base conceptions of model of ADL from positions of life cycle of business activity of enterprises. The new approach are-LTD "IgLa", State tax inspection, Odessa institute of finances of the Ukrainian state university of finances and international trade, Odessa state agrarian univer- sity. .
