Proskurjakov P. Realization of principles of the labour right at service in internal affairs bodies of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the actual theoretical and practical questions connected to the mechanism of realization of branch principles of the labour law in sphere of special legal regulation of labour attitudes of workers of internal affairs bodies of Ukraine. In work, on the basis of the theory of delimitation of principles of the law on general-social and principles of the legal law, are comprehensively investigated the essence, the special conceptual device, available organizational-legal means. On the basis of the lead research it is formulated a number of specific proposals concerning directions of improvement of the labour legislation in view of available foreign experience and corresponding international legal standards in sphere of wage labour.
