Labour liability is a obligation of employees, employers, their representatives to undergo legal adverse effects in the form of personal, organizational or property losses pursuant to the terms and procedures of labour legislation.Legal liability in labour law has got a compound nature. On the one hand measures of labour penalty are set up in normative legal acts and an employment contract. The recommendations of improvement of the effective labour legislation concerning legal liability for breaking obligations set up in an employment contract were framed.
