Hoshovskyi V. Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Labour Activity of Deputies of the Supreme Council of Ukraine as Subjects of Labour Law

Activity of a people's deputy of Ukraine is a professional labour activity of non-productive character with an authoritative influence over the life of Ukrainian people, which is conducted according to the Regulations of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, is paid at the expense of state funds, realized by an authorized individual with a status of a people's deputy in conformity with the current legislation. The emphasis is laid on peculiarity of subject structure of parliamentary-labour relations: an employee is represented by one subject - a people's deputy while an employer is represented by two subjects - Ukrainian people and the state. A people's deputy obtains his job as an elect of Ukrainian people, acts in its name and represents it while carrying out functions and instructions of the state, gets wages for his activity.
