Grinenko I. Means of Defence and Exercise of Constitutional Labour Rights of Employees

The thesis is devoted to the complex studying of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of means of defence and exercise of constitutional labour rights of employees under present-day conditions of Ukraine's development. There were analysed the guarantees of human rights observance, defined the ways of their provision. The origin and evolution of legal regulation of means of exercise and guaranteeing of constitutional labour rights were studied in the paper. There were defined material features through which it was legal defence to become priority among other means of defence of violated rights of employees. Human rights activity of existing competent state bodies was studied.
