Dissertation is sanctified to the increase of efficiency of orthopedic treatment of patients with schizophrenia with the large defects of dental rows by determination of stomatological status of this category of patients, development of new construction removable combined dental to prosthetic appliance and application of dental elixir "Lizomukoid". Comparative estimation of remote results of the offered methodology of orthopedic and conservative treatment of patients with schizophrenia showed high medical efficiency and practical expediency of wide introduction in the clinic of orthopedic stomatology and psychiatry.
