Balak O. The efficacy of multiprobiotic "Symbiter-2" in disbacteriosis of the oral cavity in patients with secondary adentia

The thesis is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of therapy of patients with secondary adentia and to improving of microbiocenotic rehabilitation of patients with secondary adentia that are in need of orthopedic treatment with taking off dentures accounting microbiological monitoring and immunological, biological indexes. In the work influence of probiotic microflora on rehabilitation, general resistance of human body, immune indexes of patients with incomplete secondary adentia of different genesis was studied. Peculiarities of immune state and cytokine balance in combine therapy of patients with secondary adentia was determined and the influence of three schemes of treatment (using probiotic "A-bacterin" and "Metrogyl-Denta"; multiprobiotic in combination with "Metrogyl-Denta"; "Simbiter-2", "Metrogyl-Denta" and "Imudon") on dynamics of clinic and laboratory indexes was shown. All determined with data based on clinical research allowed for the first time to develop the method of using of adequate schemes of therapy in patients with secondary adentia and to recommend the improving scheme of therapy in patients with secondary adentia of different genesis.
