Vasina S. Role of association of Mycoplasma hominis with others microorganisms in development of acute and chronic diseases of pharynx and larynx

The dissertation is devoted studying of a role of association of Mycoplasma hominis with others microorganisms (1, 4 and 6 types of herpesviruses) in development of acute and chronic diseases of pharynx and larynx. The character of morfo-functional changes in the infected cell VERO as a result of pathogenic action of the mycoplasma-herpesvirus biocenotic complex is shown in the experimental conditions. High level of the mixt-infection of the mycoplasma-herpesvirus nature is established in patient with acute and chronic pharyngitis and laryngitis (68,1±3,3 % and 73,6±3,6 % accordingly). The most considerable clinic-laboratory criteria of the mixt-infection are defined and their diagnostic is improved. The scheme and algorithm of diagnostic of the mixt-infection caused by Mycoplasma hominis and herpesvirus association is developed.
