Defined the major pathogens of chronic recurrent cystitis in women. Ecological niche characterized microflora in the digestive system of patients. Removed and well characterized isolates of microbes vehetuyuchyh in the lower urinary system. Expressed heterogeneity leading agents tsystitu criteria for biological properties and sensitivity to antimicrobial drugs (antibiotics, antiseptics, dezinfektory, bacteriophages). Clinical and immunological parallels in women with recurrent chronic cystitis, depending on age and prolongation of the disease.
