Essay

57 derivates of fluorine were studied. Revealed 3 derivates, which has a high antimycobacterial activity. Also revealed 6 derivates, which has antistaphylococcal and antistreptococcal activity. Resistances of S. aureus 209-р to fluorine derivates are build-up slowly. The presence of blood serum in the growth medium decreasing the concentration by 2 times. Electronic microscopy indicates an inhibition of Peptidoglycan and lysis of S. aureus cells under an action of fluorine derivates. The new express method of detection of antiviral activity was proposed. Also there were revealed 7 substances that has an anti-phage activity. Researched that Flurenizide has an antiviral activity on RNA-based viruses: Avian influenza and Newcastle disease virus (NDV). Researched derivates in case of intraabdomenal mode in mices of introduction are rate as non-toxic substances.
