Kordon Y. Microbiological grounding of development and medical use of antimicrobic drug - gorosten®

Research object: microorganisms that bring on to human purulent-inflammatory processes. Purpose: microbiological research grounding and new antimicrobial preparation horosten medical usage for antiseptic and disinfection hand processing. Results of the fulfilled microbiological and morphological research appear to be a scientific grounding of decametoxin and and horosten practical usage. Antimicrobial antiseptics activity was studied in complex. Resistance speed forming to horosten and other preparations was determined. Horosten influence to morphohistological skin structure, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys of experimental animals in chronic experiment was clear marked. Implementation extent: medical antiseptic preparations decametoxin, horosten were registered in MHCS of Ukraine medical preparation State list. Results of research were implemented into High Medical Institutions educational programs of Ukraine MHCS. Usage sphere: medicine.
