Manzhalii E. The Role of correction of Psycho-neurological disturbances under Treatment of Patients with Peptic duodenal Ulcer.

The thesis is about the problem of increasing efficiency of treatment and prediction of the passing of duodenal peptic ulcer in patients. Psycho-neuralgic disturbs and features of vegetative dysfunctions have been described in patients with peptic ulcer disease. The factors of disease risk, state of general adaptive reactions of an organism and their intercommunication with ulсerogenesis factors have been revealed. It is described that existence of psycho- neurological disturbances under peptic duodenal ulcer increases the risk of the development post ulcer dyspepsic symptoms. The ways of improvement of therapy of H. pylori and non-H. pylori infections, informational-wave positive influence on the dynamics of general adaptive reactions of an organism, clinical-laboratory over patching clinical course and treatment are ascertained. It was demonstrated that usage of adaptol is effective in treatment of patients with vegetative dysfunctions and psychological therapy is more effective if there are psychological-nerve disturbs in patients with peptic ulcer. The recommendations for differential application with duodenal peptic ulcer have been developed. The performer's criteria to the clinical course the duodenal peptic ulcer is obtained. The given methods of treatment prevent development post ulcer dyspepsia in patients after healing of ulcer and it is eradication H. pylori. Proposed methods of treatment of ulcer disease are recommended to use in clinical practice.
