Essay

Dissertation is devoted to integrated assessment of risk-factor, clinical presentation, psycho-vegetative status in servicemen with functional dyspepsia. It was improved of risk factor importance, may be associate with military service under present-day conditions. Established, functional dyspepsia in servicemen have a several features. There are: prevail of middle intensity dyspeptic syndrome, clinically apparent of labile mood, meteorolability and sleep disturbance. It was shown, in servicemen functional dyspepsia development is against the background of significant disturbance of psycho-vegetative status. Emotional status has prevailing the margin level of reactive-related anxiety and high level of emotional stress. Systemic psychical condition was characterized low activity and employability with prevailing middle weak of nervous system. For the first time was shown, practicability of psycho-vegetative status correction by the differentiated prescription of medicine from tranquilizers or antidepressants group with audio program as a complex treatment of servicemen with the functional dyspepsia, that due to treatment effectiveness increase of these patients.
