Donets O. Legal routine of lands of historical-cultural purpose.

The thesis is dedicated to the combined research of legal routine of lands of historical-cultural purpose. The content of definitions of "lands of historicalcultural purpose", their features and composition are exposed in the work. The division into periods of historical forming of legal regulation of relations, where the subjects are the lands of historical-cultural purpose is presented. The matters of the right of ownership, the right of permanent using and the lease of lands of historical-cultural purpose are analyzed. On the basis of analysis of the rules of legislature currently in force in Ukraine, Russia, UNESCO regulations and interpretations and achievements of researches of our country concerning theoretical conclusions in the sphere of using and protection of lands of historical-cultural purpose, essence and meaning of this term in legal Ukrainian literature, the gaps in the legislature are defined and some scientifically grounded proposals are formulated concerning improvement of regulation by a law of lands of historical-cultural purpose.
