The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of construction of effective organizational- economic mechanism of providing of agrarian enterprises competitiveness of the Donetsk region. The methodological approach is offered to the determination of prospects and according to the set of indexes which form competitiveness at internal level, on basis of the principle of optimization. The expedience of the use of the cluster approach to the decision of problem questions of agrarian enterprises competitiveness is grounded. A conceptual model of innovative cluster in APC of the Donetsk region is suggested.
