Theoretical and practical aspect of financial and economics nation mechanism forming, development and realization for agribusiness units under Present conditions are investigated in the paper. Major vectors and inner reserves of ensuring competitiveness under market conditions are stated on the basis of studying modern trends of agribusiness formations development and readjustment audit and major phases of its carrying out are revealed. Conceptual model of financial and economic readjustment mechanism realization in agribusiness is presented and effective methods of its realization are grounded.
