bronchial asthma (BA), combined with essential hypertension (EH) based on a study of clinical and pathogenetic features of this comorbidity. The data of complex examination for 125 patients show the clinical features of asthma in the presence of respiratory distress syndrome with frequent night asthma attacks, more pronounced asteno-neurotic and appearance of hypertensive syndrome with the predominant daily blood pressure profile "non-dipper". In the patients with asthma in combination with the EH were observed the development of diastolic dysfunction of both ventricles and early development of right ventricular hypertrophy of the heart, microcirculatory disorders, increased platelet aggregation and the presence of endogenous metabolic intoxication. Basic asthma treatment with simultaneous prescription of antihypertensive drugs didn't remove these changes in most cases. Inclusion ?-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids of epadol in the basic therapy improved results of the treatment in the patients and provided a positive impact on the main pathogenetic links of comorbid pathology as asthma in combination with essential hypertension
