Essay

The thesis summarized results of a comprehensive surveying 120 pa-tients with peptic duodenal ulcer (PDU) in combination with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD). The established common pathogene-sis-kinetic mechanisms, including metabolic, immune-pathology with an acute mental process in the patients with combined pathology. Pathogenetic founed to the expediency of treating patients with PDU in combination with COPD modern medicine extra erbisol in combination with vitamin E (alpha tocopherol), and medical rehabilitation - alpha lipon. Restoration of meta-bolic and immunological parameters in the clinical plan was revealed in achieving stable, full remission of comorbid disease.
