An object is a process of functioning and development state the sector of economy. A purpose is a ground of теоретико-методологічних principles of adjusting state the sector of economy and development of practical recommendations in relation to the improvement of mechanisms of providing of this process on national and regional levels. Methods - scientific generalization; inductions and deductions; analysis and structural synthesis; factor analysis; comparison and generalization. Novelty - consists in development of theoretical positions, making of conceptual approaches and practical recommendations, in relation to the improvement of organizationally functional mechanisms of adjusting state the sector of economy on national and regional levels. It is inculcated in activity of regional separation of FDMU in the Ternopil'skiy area, by Ternopil'skoy regional state administration, by the department of state and municipal administration of the Ternopil'skogo national economic university at teaching of disciplines the "National economy", "Theory of economy state a sector", state and communal "property Management" and at forming of subject of master's degree works. Industry of application is an economy and management a national economy.
