Klapkiv Y. Forming of the consolidated bank-insurance business-architecture

Research object: banking institutions and insurance companies' activities in the financial services market. The aim of the thesis is to deepen the theoretical basis, identifying the fundamental determinants and characteristics of the consolidated banking and insurance business architecture. The methods are abstract, deductive reasoning, systematic, historical, logical, analysis, synthesis, comparison, and expert opinions. The results: the essence and forms of the consolidation of the banking and insurance business are shown. The synergistic effect of economic relations between banks and insurance companies are proposal. Novelty: is defined and delimited fundamentally different definition of banks insurance and consolidated banking and insurance business. Functional model of partner selection and classification of institutional and organizational accretion models and functioning of the banking and insurance business are improved. Practical result are implemented in practice of stock commercial bank "Integral-bank", insurance companies" Energy reserves", "Tekom", "Aelita" and taken to implement the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services of Ukraine.
