Honchar H. Organizationally economic mechanism of the labour market functioning in the agrarian sector

In the thesis theoretically methodological principles of organizationally economic mechanism of rural labour-market formation are considered and generalized. Methodical bases of the thesis research are formed. Estimation of rural labour-market development in the region is made. The ten-dencies in the development of demographic situation in the countryside as formation bases of rural labour-market are determined. The analysis of country population em-ployment and organizing provision of demand and supply on the rural labour-market is realized. The development strategy at the rural labour-market in the region is elaborated, suggestions about the improvement of its regulation are grounded, its prognostic parameters are determined.
