Theoretical and methodological bases of forming marketing policy at the enterprises of milk and food subcomplex are investigated in the thesis. Place of marketing policy in the system of subcomplex development is grounded. Piculiarities of forming milk market in Volyn region, functioning some channels of milk marketing are determined. Effects of the factors system on the processes and results of product marketing by the enterprises of regional milk and food subcomplex is examined. Food marketing strategies which are recommended to realize for regional enterprises of milk and food subcomplex are defined. Proposals of improving interrelations between participants of milk market are developed. Bases of creating and functioning integration structure - milk association, where marketing policy will be developed, are grounded.
