Investigations object: the process of phosphoric-acid decomposition of phosphorites and the process of synthesis of nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizers. Investigation target: elaboration and prove of technological nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizer NPS 10:40:5 with the using of Syrian phosphorites. Investigations method and equipments: X-rey phase, colorimetry, gravimetric, iodimetry, complexometry, potentiometry, atomic emission spectrometry, mathematics method with applied program equipments. Theoretical and practical results: - Optimal fractional composition as 0,1 - 0,5 mm of Syrian phosphorites was constituted; - There was made technology of new nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizers; - There was degree optimal technologic parameters [2,9 - 3,3]; - There was degree interval of pH acid pulps [3,8 - 4,2], whose provide consist of nitric compound in fertilizers. - We have made mathematical processing of the process of phosphoric-acid decomposition of phosphorites and the process of synthesis of nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizers. New: was prove possibly adaptation of Syrian phosphorites in production of high-concentric nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizers; - was prove two stage processes of acid decomposition carbonate consist phosphorites; - was prove optimal technological parameters of the process of phosphoric-acid decomposition of phosphorites and the process of synthesis of nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizers; - was prove method entry of sulfuric acid on second stage of synthesis of fertilizers. Degree of introduction: the technological nitric-phosphoric sulfur consists fertilizer NPS 10:40:5 was introduction in JSC "Sumykhimprom". Branch use: the results of dissertation will be use in chemical plant in phosphoric fertilizers production (JSC "Sumykhimprom", CSC "Crimean titan", CSC "DZMU") and in education of technology of inorganic substance.
