Pravdyuk O. Financial Policy in the sector of the economy: the levers and tools.

Research object is a great number of the financial phenomena and processes in an agrarian sphere different scenario of development. Aim of research is forming of theoretical base and ground of methodical recommendations in relation to determination of measures of financial policy modernization in the agrarian sphere economy, exposure of dominants of its effectiveness after the different scenarios of financial space development. Methods: design, extrapolations, expert measuring, segmentation, multiple linear regressions. Theoretical and practical results: the set forth-scientific positions and practical developments allow perfecting a financial policy in the agrarian sphere economy. Scientific novelty: first: the alarm lighthouses of financial policy are worked out in the agrarian sphere economy taking into account modern trends, features, processes and phenomena, that take place on the different scenarios of financial development, that, in particular, outline its financial, organizational, normatively-regulation, informative that institutional constituents; improved: differentiation of financial policy, in particular a selection is reasonable after the scenarios of its influence on development of agrarian economy: inertia, breach and stage-by-stage, with an aim watching of fundamentally new financial changes; purchased further development: organizationally-methodical recommendations in relation to the projection of development of financial-credits infrastructure in the agrarian sphere economy. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are entered in the economies of the Vinnytsya area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will assist to rational organization of financial policy in the agrarian sphere economy. Sphere, area of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
