Essay

The processes of ensure the efficiency of enterprises in a dynamic environment of their operation. Scientific substantiation of the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the development and implementation of business strategies in the food industry. In determining the synthesis of theoretical and methodical bases and processing the applications of scientific methods of research used, including the need to allocate a generalization, comparison, classification and typology (to clarify and formalize the conceptual apparatus); abstraction, analysis, synthesis, systems approach (to develop the conceptual foundation of model building process of developing and implementing business strategies of the enterprise). With a view to a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of the company used special techniques, namely: economic and financial analysis, questioning, peer evaluation, comparison. The conceptual foundations of strategic management by defining the strategic imperatives of the enterprise are determined. The model of the development and implementation of business strategy with the imperatives of harmonization of key aspects of the business is developed. The category of "strategic imperative" is specified and his typology is set up. The instruments of competitive positioning of enterprises and harmonize internal environment components of an enterprise, methodical basis of estimating the effectiveness of business strategy, according to the criterion of growth of enterprise value are improved. The recommendations of the integration of model development and implementation of business strategies in a system of strategic management of enterprises are implemented.
