Pasyeka O. Criminal responsibility of legal entities: comparative-legal research

The thesis contains complex research of problems of criminal responsibility of legal entities. Аpproaches as to legal nature and essence of legal entity have been considered; normative adjustment of of criminal responsibility of legal entities in legislation of particular foreign countries have been analyzed; arguments given both by supporters and opponents as to introduction of criminal responsibility of legal entities in Ukraine have been determined. Offers as to possible solution to issues connected with introduction of criminal responsibility of legal entities to domestic criminal legislation have been formulated.
